By purchasing a ticket to a Harvest & Flame event, you agree to the following terms:
🎟 Ticket Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
Tickets are transferable — if you can’t attend, you may pass your ticket on to someone else. Please email us the full name of the new attendee at least 48 hours before the event.
🚪 Entry & Identification
Bring your ticket confirmation email (printed or digital) and present it at the check-in table.
Entry will be verified using the name and order number provided at purchase.
ID may be requested for verification purposes.
🌧 Weather & Event Changes
Our events are designed for the outdoors, but sheltered areas are provided.
In the case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, the event may be postponed. All guests will be notified via email.
Tickets will automatically be valid for the new date.
📸 Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to photos and videos taken during the event being used by Harvest & Flame for social media, marketing, and future promotions.
If you’d prefer not to appear in close-up images, kindly let the check-in team know.

All guests attend at their own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury sustained at the event.
Harvest & Flame reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest for disruptive behavior.
